Our Approach and Our Philosophy
The Evaluation Group (TEG) is an independent evaluation firm with demonstrated experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs in education and other human service fields throughout the southeastern USA. Our offices are located in Columbia, SC and Atlanta, GA. We work with customers to determine what they need to know and how to best collect and share this information. Our evaluation approach is both utilization-focused and participatory:
Utilization-Focused
Our evaluations are designed to provide stakeholders with useful information that will assist them in decision-making. Our information gathering, data analysis, and reporting are timely, understandable, and relevant. Our clients can count on TEG for an evaluation plan that shares data in a matter of weeks—not months.
Participatory
At TEG, evaluation is something we do with our customers, not to them. We work with program stakeholders to collaboratively identify methods, design instruments, determine data collection protocols, and select reporting formats.
